Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TRV Global LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Acquisition Amplified ("Acquisition Amplified," "we," "our," or "us"). They cover your use of acquisitionamplified.com and our courses, coaching, community and agency services (together, the "Services"). By using the site or buying any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The Services
- Course: self-paced training on the Acquisition Amplified System.
- Coaching: course access, community access and 1:1 coaching calls for the term you purchase.
- Agency: done-for-you marketing services under a custom package.
Coaching and agency work may also be covered by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls.
Payments
Prices are shared before you buy, on a strategy call, a proposal or a checkout page. You agree to pay the amounts shown, plus any taxes that apply. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled as described in your checkout page or agreement. If a payment fails, we may pause access to the Services until the balance is paid. Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the ad platforms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Because courses and coaching give immediate access to our training and materials, fees already paid are not refundable unless your checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, or the law requires it.
Course and community access
When you buy the course or coaching, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the training and materials for your own business. You may not share your login, resell, republish or copy the materials. We may remove anyone from the community who harasses others, spams members or breaks these Terms.
No guaranteed results
We teach and run a proven process, but we do not promise any specific result, such as a number of leads, customers, sales or revenue. Results depend on your offer, your market, your budget, your follow-up and many factors outside our control. Any examples or figures we share are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts we need to do the work.
- Make sure your offers, ads and claims are truthful and follow the law and each ad platform's policies.
- Only text, call or email people who have given you the consent the law requires, and honor every opt-out.
- Follow up with the leads you receive.
Text messages from us
If you agree to receive texts from Acquisition Amplified, we may send appointment reminders and account, support and marketing messages to the number you give us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party platforms
The Services rely on outside platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, payment processors and CRM tools. Those platforms have their own terms and may reject ads, restrict accounts or change their rules at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions or changes.
Our property
The site, the Acquisition Amplified System, our courses, templates, frameworks and the Acquisition Amplified name and logo belong to us. Anything we build specifically for your business under an agency agreement is handled as that agreement says.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless TRV Global LLC and its owners, employees and contractors against claims arising from your products, your ads, your messages to your customers or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
